NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING AND NOTICE TO ISSUE

GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF VENTANA METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, EL PASO COUNTY,  COLORADO  WILL BE HELD AT 5:00 P.M. MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2023 AT VENTANA METROPOLITAN DISTRICT RECREATION CENTER, 11007 HIDDEN PRAIRIE PARKWAY, FOUNTAIN, CO 80817

AT THIS MEETING, IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE BOARD WILL MAKE A FINAL DETERMINATION TO ISSUE AND/OR REFUND GENERAL OBLIGATION INDEBTEDNESS, CONSISTING OF THE ISSUANCE OF LIMITED TAX GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING AND IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2023A AND SUBORDINATE LIMITED TAX GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2023B TO FINANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND REFINANCE BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES.

THIS MATTER MAY BE CONTINUED TO A LATER DATE.

Pursuant to the Supplemental Public Securities Act, no legal or equitable action brought with respect to any legislative acts or proceedings in connection with the authorization or issuance of such bonds may be commenced more than thirty days after the authorization of such loan pursuant to the aforementioned resolution.
