November 23, 2020 Update: Please find attached the latest version of Public Health Order (PHO) 20-36 COVID-19 Dial dated November 20, 2020. In response to the continued increase in COVID-19 case rates, test positivity, and hospitalizations, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) notified El Paso County Public Health today that we have been moved from LEVEL ORANGE: HIGH RISK to LEVEL RED – SEVERE RISK. Full implementation is expected by Friday, November 27, 2020, at 5 pm. El Paso County will have to meet and adhere to LEVEL RED: EXTREME RISK guidelines within PHO 20-36 by this time. Gyms/fitness centers must reduce their operating capacities to 10% capacity not to exceed 10 people per room. The Ventana Recreation Center Fitness Area capacity will be 1 person at a time (2 people if from the same household) by Reservation Only.
