Pool Opening Delay
Unfortunately, the Pool will not be able to open by tomorrow 5/21/2021. We are hoping to get it open in time for Memorial Weekend, however, this will heavily depend on weather and chemical balancing. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Ventana Resident Survey #2
To participate in the 2nd Survey for the Ventana Metropolitan District Residents survey please click here, results of the survey will be disabled (closed) as of June 4, 2021, and the results will be posted on June 7, 2021, on the website and Facebook. Results will be shared with the Board of Directors at their June Meeting and WSDM will provide as much feedback as they can.

Unlawful Motorized Vehicles on the Trails
Motorized vehicles including ATVs and dirt bikes are prohibited on the park trails in the Ventana community. Please contact the Fountain Police Department at (719) 382-8555 to report motorized vehicles on the park trails. Photos and identifying information about the vehicles and riders is always helpful.
